This page of my blog is to give you an overview of my plan for this winter. I will be updating this page as I get more info about exactly what I will be up to during the snowy months. Currently the plan is to get my CASI Level 1 and Level 2. Go here for more information about CASI (not the Chili Appreciation Society International).
I am going to ride with pro-ride for a total of 10 weeks this winter in one of the greatest resorts on the planet…Whistler. They say there are only two types of riders, those who dream of going to Whistler and those who dream of going back to Whistler. I am currently trying to turn my dream into reality. I am splitting the 10 week course with pro-ride into 2 separate courses by taking a holiday in Banff for 2 weeks as my friends are getting married there in February. In addition to this I have a 3-day weekend riding in Morzine – Avoriaz before Christmas just to get my legs warmed up. So in total I have just over 12 weeks riding to try and turn myself into a qualified snowboard instructor.
This site is for my friends and family to keep in touch whilst I am on my journey.
